Erika McIntyre was born and raised in Oregon’s Northwest Valley, and currently attends South Albany High School as a member of the class of 2014. She is excited to serve as a SkillsUSA Oregon State Officer during the 2013-14 school year.
Erika has been a member of SkillsUSA Oregon for two years, and it has improved her life in many positive ways. Working with the Stayton SkillsUSA chapter has expanded her professional skills, especially her leadership, organization, and confidence. SkillsUSA has enabled her to be more involved in school and given her a foundation that she will use and rely on in many aspects of her life moving forward.
In the future, Erika hopes to pursue promotional speaking as a possible career path. She plans to travel for her work, and looks forward to a position that allows her to see the world. One of her favorite quotes is from Ralph Waldo Emerson: “We are all inventors, each sailing out on a voyage of discovery, guided each by a private chart, of which there is no duplicate. The world is all gates, all opportunities.”
Ceana Radilla is a member of the class of 2015 at Rex Putnam High School, and looks forward to a terrific year of service as a SkillsUSA Oregon State Officer during the 2013-14 school year.

Ceana also volunteers on a regular basis, participating in activities ranging from translating for students learning English to volunteering at local middle schools to promote abstinence from drugs and alcohol. One of her favorite places to volunteer is the Oregon Food Bank, where she packs food and helps in the garden. Ceana is a very dedicated person who puts full effort to ensure that goals are met and standards are exceeded. For example, she once spent five hours adding glitter to posters for a spirit campaign at her school out of pure dedication!
Ceana plans to graduate high school with an IB Diploma and is aiming to attend an Ivy League University. Ceana hopes to attain a degree in Law, and later start a career in that field.
